What this covers
ClinoraSys is a product of Orient Innovations, 7100 Foundry Row, Suite 288-51, Liberty Township, OH 45069. This policy explains how ClinoraSys handles information collected through clinorasys.com and the information practices store in the Service. Protected health information stored by a practice is also governed by our Business Associate Agreement.
Information we collect
- When you contact us or subscribe: your name, practice details, email and phone number, and the products you choose.
- Payments: your card is entered on Authorize.Net's secure page. We receive only a confirmation, the card type and its last four digits.
- When you use the Service: account details, sign-in records, and an audit log of actions taken, kept for security and compliance.
- Data you store in the Service: patient, billing, provider and credentialing information that your practice enters. We process it only on your instructions.
How we use it
To provide, secure and support the Service; to bill your subscription; to send account and service messages; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your practice's data for advertising.
How we protect it
Encrypted connections, two-step sign-in, encryption of the most sensitive fields such as Social Security numbers and dates of birth, a separate database for each practice, access logging, and encrypted backups.
Sharing
Only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as hosting, email delivery and payment processing) under contracts that protect the information, or when the law requires it.
Retention
For as long as your subscription is active, and for one year after it ends, so that you can request an export of your data. After that year it is deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Sign-in and audit records are kept as long as the practice's data.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information about you, subject to legal and contractual retention duties. Contact us with any request.
Cookies
The public site uses the cookies needed for security, such as protecting forms against forgery, Google reCAPTCHA to block automated abuse, and the Google Ads tag, which measures visits that come from our advertising. The Google Ads tag runs only on this public site, never in the Revenue Cycle System or the Credentialing Repository, so it never sees patient or practice data.
